Bridges Catering Donation Request Form

For more than 40 years, Bridges Catering has been dedicated to the Quad Cities and surrounding communities.
We try to satisfy many requests for meals and monetary donations, but we do have some guidelines.

Bridges Catering , as a rule, tries to award its donations to non-profits, civic groups and school organizations (non-sport related).

BRIDGES CATERING DONATION REQUEST GUIDELINES:

We do not support pageants of any kind, team sponsorship, individual health fundraisers / benefits or corporate appreciation events.

All donation requests must be made online and at least 60 days in advance. (No phone calls please.)
Donations will be allocated quarterly and are not done on a “first come, first serve basis”.
Please, only one request per organization per year.
If approved, you will be contacted by our events coordinator to discuss details of the event or how a monetary donation can be collected.
